At Luminara, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

 

 

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at luminarajewelrystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

 

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right quickly.
